They can be folded up or carried on buses or trains. They are easy to use. They are a lot cheaper than buying a car. Anyway do you really want a car? Cars are almost old school! If you live in a city of which a high percentage of us do, then what are you waiting for? Get a scooter. No license needed. No helmet for specific types.

And they look good. You get to smell life as you go by. You can travel cool speeds. You can meet girls or boys easier. You can be young or older. You can be heavy or slim. Big or small. It just don't really matter with a scoot. You can do off-road, or on-road. Hey, you're surfing society on a scoot. It's cooler than cool.

Hey, it's almost perfect. The only thing lacking right now is that "not enough people are doing IT." But, surely that's about to change, right?!

Whatever. Let's compare the price of a 1 ton (plus) automobile with a scoot. Automobile approx USD $25,000. Scooter approx USD $1500. Dare I say more?

Of course electric scooters are better than gas scooters. Ok, I'm just joking. That is really up to you. Electric scooters have the advantage of less noise/air pollution and are apparently allowed on public transport. But gas scooters seem to have more distance and staying power. And probably higher speeds. But, you know, I don't want to travel at high speeds, just comfortable speeds. Speeds where I can look at people, at things, at stuff that interests me...

Sheesh you can't do that with a car. And, you know what, I don't always want to ride a bicycle. Sometimes scooters are just "easier" than all that.

Scooters are kick-starting life. Life should be easy. It doesn't need to be difficult or filled with angst or stress. You can can do the things you need to do enjoyably. Make the errand trip enjoyable. It's not big bikkies to save up for. Scooters have do-able prices on them. Anyway what's a good mountain bike worth nowadays?
